Studio RTP teamed up with North Carolina Specialty Hospital (NCSH) to build a new website that would provide users with a high-quality user experience to best represent the NCSH brand. In addition to upgrading the user experience, the site was designed and developed using the latest in responsive design coding standards so that the site adapts well on any electronic device from desktop computers to tablets to smart phones. Finally, Studio RTP installed an SSL Certificate so that NCSH could benefit from the added search engine optimization (SEO) value and consumer confidence using the https:// protocol to access the website.
NCSH previously used the Wordpress Content Management System (CMS) and ran into several security-related issues. The marketing team also ran into issues updating the content on the site, so they were looking for a better content management experience. The Adobe Business Catalyst CMS offered better security, PCI-compliance, and a much more user-friendly content management system making future edits and content additions much easier for the team. With a more user-friendly CMS comes more frequent content adjustments so that NCSH can keep their content up-to-date and continue to provide more valuable information to patients and the families of patients. The use of the 'Events Module' in Adobe Business Catalyst allows the marketing team to keep an event calendar active and updated for seminars, classes and other organizational events that run throughout the year. The blog module provides NCSH the ability to continuously post new content for users to read providing more useful information on a more frequent basis.
NCSH now has a fully responsive website built on a state-of-the-art CMS that works great for visitors on any device, provides a convenient and easy-to-use platform for marketing team members for making updates and edits, and offers more advanced search engine ranking performance.
