Garland New Homes

Studio RTP has been working with Garland New Homes for almost ten years. Garland New Homes is a home builder located in Cleveland, Ohio and works in the home building industry constructing high-quality homes to the Cleveland area. Garland New Homes is known as the ‘Yes We Can Builder’, because they work directly with their clients to turn their concepts and ideas into a reality. Garland New Homes needed a mobile-friendly website designed and developed on a stable and secure content management system (CMS) that offered the ability to update community listings, update floor plans, update the photo gallery, and track quality leads with a built-in customer relations manager (CRM). Studio RTP designed a responsive website that works well across all electronic devices and integrated the design into the Treepl CMS. Owner, Matt Garland, now has the ability to jump in and manage his own content including all text, navigation (menus), and images throughout the community listing and the photo gallery.
